Press Brake Operator
Unit 21, Ollerton Business Park, TF9 2EJ (commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Wolverhampton & Whitchurch)
Pay: £14.25–£17.50 per hour (Up to £36,500 depending on experience)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 06:30–15:30 (30 min paid break) / Fri 06:30–13:00 (30 min unpaid break)
Opportunity for paid additional hours.

About Us
We are a growing fabrication company specialising in structural steel, glass balustrades, bespoke cladding, staircases, mezzanine floors, gates, and railings. With a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking a skilled Amada CNC Press Brake Operator to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
- Operating CNC press brake machines (Amada preferred)
- Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and production schedules
- Setting up machines, tooling, and fixtures for production runs
- Ensuring accuracy of parts and maintaining high-quality standards
- Basic maintenance of CNC equipment
- Assisting with general fabrication tasks as required
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
✅ Experience with CNC press brake forming (Amada experience desirable)
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
✅ Good attention to detail and quality awareness
✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✅ Manual handling knowledge (some heavy lifting required)
✅ Strong work ethic and good timekeeping
Desirable (not essential)
- Experience programming Amada Laser or Amada Press Brake
- Insertion of press fasteners
- Forklift,
- Experience with structural steel or sheet metal fabrication
