London Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Golf Services Assistant to help deliver an exceptional golfing experience for our members and visitors.
This hands-on role is at the heart of our golf operation, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the golf courses, practice facilities, bag drop, and associated services. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors on arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and professional service.
- Assist with the movement, cleaning, and storage of golf equipment.
- Support the daily operation of the bag drop, buggy park, driving range, practice facilities, and golf courses.
- Prepare and maintain hire clubs and golf buggies to the highest standards.
- Ensure driving range balls and practice areas are presented to an excellent standard.
- Work closely with starters, marshals, golf professionals, and greenkeeping staff to ensure the smooth operation of both courses.
- Assist with the set-up and delivery of golf days and club events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Help deliver the high standards of service and presentation expected at one of the UK's leading golf clubs.

Desirable
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, sports, or customer service.
- Knowledge of golf and the golf industry.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over and hold a full, valid UK driving licence, as this role involves the operation of club vehicles and equipment.
