Modern friendly but professional estate agency covering Exeter and the surrounding towns and villages. Our success since launching in 2010 is through the people we have employed and their enthusiasm for property and customer service.

Job description

This sales role is primarily focussed on helping to achieving residential sales targets for the Topsham office which covers East Devon and Exeter, through providing a focussed sales resource in the office. Sales success will come through implementing best estate agency practise of maximising opportunities presented and building relationships with applicants and vendors. Previous estate agency experience is essential.

Specific tasks will include.

- Booking & following up viewings

- All office admin associated with offers, new instructions

- assistance with Sales progression

- update vendors on progress of properties

- Work with colleagues and viewing staff to undertake and manage viewings

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- able to multi task

- organised and good attention to detail

- Apprenticeships considered ( at apprenticeship pay rates)

EXPERIENCE

- Previous property sales experience - Essential

LOGISTICS

- 37.5 hours per week, working every 6th Saturday morning 10-1.

- primarily office based initially

REIMBUSEMENT

- Basic salary £ 24k - £26k pa plus commission based on sales targets

- OTE estimated to be £27k - £29k pa (based on average sales per month)

- Apprenticeships: Offered at apprenticeship rates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
