Job Description
As a Programme Manager, you will provide end-to-end leadership across the programme lifecycle while also intervening at critical points where specialist expertise or recovery leadership is required. You will be a trusted partner and critical friend, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication is at the heart of programme success.
Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery: Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes, and own execution of functions/elements of large-scale programmes, ensuring measurable benefits.

Leadership & Vision: Establish and drive the direction of the programme, empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success.

Industry Expertise: Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies, preferably in a real estate environment.

Stakeholder Engagement: Operate across middle management and senior levels, engaging client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

People Management: Act as a first-class people manager, nurturing both internal talent and client teams.

Commission Management: Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements, instilling confidence in senior managers.

Financial Oversight: Develop a robust financial management process, ensuring transparent and effective reporting.

Health & Safety: Establish measures to proactively manage programme-wide health and safety risks, ensuring successful safeguards are in place.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate

Ability to work in relevant programme management process and systems

Excellent communication skills, in person and written

Degree qualified in a relevant field

Professional membership desirable
