Pennys Group Ltd is a well-established, family-run business with over 65 years of experience in demolition, earthworks, civil engineering, recycling and waste management across the South West.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other plant machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carry out demolition, site preparation and general plant operations.
- Complete daily machine checks and report any defects.
- Work as part of a team while maintaining high health and safety standards.
- Assist with manual site duties when required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience operating excavators.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Aged 18 or over.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work across sites throughout the South West.
Desirable Qualifications
The following are advantageous but not essential:
- CPCS Card
- NPORS Card
- CSCS Card
- Experience within the demolition sector
