Full job description

HOURS

Sunday - Thursday - 6am - 2pm

JOB PURPOSE

- To product delivery notes for customers in an accurate and timely fashion to allow the driver to meeting his book in/delivery times

- Remove orders from EDI and generate work sheets for staff to pick orders

- Stock picking retail orders

SKILLS

- The successful candidate with require to be computer literate, however full training will be given on the company's SAGE system

- The successful candidate will require to raise delivery notes from worksheets ensuring that all information included on the delivery note is accurate and ready in time for the order to be despatched

- The successful candidate will be required to check the truck sheets to ensure that the case count is correct per the worksheet and deliver note

- General admin duties

- Stock picking retail orders, ensuring the correct quantity of product is on the pallets for each customer

- The successful candidate will require to have flexibility to cover Dayshift and Backshift Despatch Administrators during holidays and periods of sickness

Sunday - Admin Duties & Stock Picking

Monday to Thursday - Working on production line/stock picking

WAGE/SALARY DETAILS

Admin responsibilities £13.95 when fully trained

Working on production line and stock picking £13.45 per hour (if over 18)

Pay: £13.45-£13.95 per hour

Work Location: In person
