Arch Utility Services are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Drainage Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis.
Drainage Engineers will be experienced in the use of High Pressure Water Jetting and use of CCTV equipment.
An immediate start is available for the right person*.
Overview of Duties
- Attend pre-planned works and be on call to respond to emergency call-outs
- Respond to commercial, industrial and domestic blockages
- Carry out preventative maintenance to guttering, gullies and interceptors.
- Carry out CCTV surveys to identify existing faults in the drainage system and provide recommendations for repair
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold an NVQ level 2 in Drainage Construction or experience equivalent
- Hold a High Pressure Water Jetting card (WJA)
- Be trained and competent to work within confined spaces and NRSWA (street works)
- Full UK driving licence is required.
Experience in drainage repairs such as small excavations and lining/patching is highly advantageous
