Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling, cutting, and barbering services tailored to individual client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding client preferences.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism within the salon environment.
- Mentor and support junior staff members, offering guidance on techniques and customer interaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in barbering.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure clear understanding of services provided.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, products used, and client preferences for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, and grooming styles.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members effectively.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not essential if experience is substantial.
- A genuine passion for hairstyling and grooming with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Pay: £25,000.00-£43,870.16 per year
