Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the bar team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure top-tier service delivery
Oversee beverage service, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
Monitor stock to prevent waste and ensure availability of popular items
Monitor customer interactions to ensure satisfaction,and create an energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food pre
Experience in serving beverages and managing bar operations efficiently
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Background in hospitality or hotel experience is highly desirable; barista experience is a plus
