Full job description

Job Description:
We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistants to join our team.
This is a female-only role, as the position requires providing personal care to female service users in their own homes.
In accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, this requirement is considered a genuine occupational requirement.

Requirements:

Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have access to your own car
Previous experience in care is required
Friendly, caring, and reliable attitude
Female applicants only due to the personal care needs of female clients (GOR)

Pay & Benefits:

£13.45 - £14.00 per hour
£0.42 per mile mileage allowance
Paid from start to finish of your rota (not just contact time)
Refer-a-Friend Bonus – up to £200 (T&Cs apply)
Free uniform / PPE provided
Guaranteed hours option (if possible)

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting clients with daily living activities
Providing personal care to service users
Assisting with medication where required
Helping clients maintain independence in their own homes
Travelling between clients’ homes
