Accounting & Finance Apprenticeship

Our team of over 80 professionals, with most based in our Ferndown head office, is ready to welcome new additions!

Your Role: Accounts Apprentice
We're in search of an Accounts Apprentice to join our dedicated team of accountants in Ferndown. This entry-level position requires no prior accounting experience. Through a structured apprenticeship program, you'll earn your Level 3 AAT qualification via hands-on experience and dedicated study time.

At the Affinity Group, you will:

Embark on your journey to achieve the Level 3 AAT qualification with the first steps in your accounting career.
Gain exposure to a spectrum of financial activities, from data entry to completing month-end accounts.
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering required documentation and inputting data into internal systems.
Learn how to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues using phone calls, email correspondence, and Microsoft Teams to ensure smooth coordination and information sharing.
Gain the potential opportunity to progress onto Level 4 AAT upon completion provided you meet our necessary requirements.
