Full job description

Deputy Head of Department- Menswear

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Menswear department. This department is the fastest growing within our retail team and is known for its excellent service and high standards and we are looking for someone that will ensure these high standards are maintained daily by maintaining shopfloor presence and working alongside the team to get the best results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support our Head of Department to engage and develop the team to assist them in reaching their full potential. The successful candidate will have retail experience, ideally in a clothing or similar retailer although that is not essential. You will have a proven track record of leading a team. You will enjoy the challenge of leading a team to achieve high standards and sales targets and have a passion to succeed and deliver excellence. Due to consistent growth this is a relatively inexperienced team so someone that loves to train and watch the team develop is essential.

You will be

A Customer service Champion who leads by example
A Great Team Leader with a proven track record.
Collaborative, flexible and reliable.
Able to support a rapidly changing programme.
Interested in visual displays, with visual flair.
Positive with an approachable manner.
