Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding hair styling services. The Senior Barber will ensuring high standards of service and professionalism are maintained at all times.

Duties

Deliver expert hair styling, cutting, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments
Maintain a clean, organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build and sustain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise barbershop operations

Experience

Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
Knowledge of current hair trends, colour techniques, and grooming products is essential
