Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Admin Assistant to support our administrative team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and clerical experience to contribute to our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in data management, office procedures, and maintaining accurate records while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data within various software platforms, including Microsoft Office,
Manage data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle calls professionally, providing courteous assistance and directing inquiries appropriately.
Organize digital and physical files systematically to facilitate quick retrieval of information.

Experience

Prior office experience with a focus on administrative or clerical tasks is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with data entry projects requiring high accuracy..
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication abilities.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
