Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Airbnb Cleaner & Property Manager, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our holiday rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained for every guest. In this vital role, you will coordinate cleaning schedules, manage property upkeep, and provide exceptional service to enhance guest experiences. Your proactive approach will help maximise property appeal and operational efficiency, creating memorable stays that keep guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality management while making a tangible impact on our guests’ experience.

Working hours: Generally from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. However, you must also be available to respond promptly to guest messages at any time, as and when they are received.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of rental properties between guest stays, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Manage schedules and coordinate with cleaning staff or vendors to ensure properties are turned around on time.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, damage, or safety hazards, and report any issues promptly.
Monitor inventory of supplies, such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials, and restock as needed to ensure each property is fully prepared for guests.
Handle guest enquiries via phone or messaging with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about the property and local amenities.
Assist with data-entry tasks related to bookings, maintenance logs, and inventory management using tools such as Yardi or similar property management software.
Support upselling efforts by promoting additional services or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning services or hospitality environments, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong administrative skills, with experience in data entry and managing schedules efficiently.
Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly desirable.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Previous office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Basic upselling skills to promote additional services that enhance the guest experience.
