Role Overview

Are you a passionate and qualified Spa Therapist looking to work in a beautifully tranquil setting? We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and professional team at The Barn Spa, part of China Fleet Country Club. Set within 180 acres of stunning Cornish countryside, yet just 15 minutes from Plymouth city centre, we offer a unique working environment where you can truly thrive. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver high-quality treatments to our members and guests, ensuring every visit is relaxing, memorable, and tailored to individual needs. If you’re looking to develop your career in a supportive and welcoming spa environment, we’d love to hear from you. Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts include weekdays and weekends. Flexibility required to meet business needs, including occasional cover for holidays and sickness.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of spa treatments with professionalism and care
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
Manage stock effectively and minimise wastage
Provide occasional reception cover when required

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – essential
Minimum 1 years’ experience preferred
Additional qualifications in Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage are desirable
A warm, professional approach and a genuine passion for client care
