We currently have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Customer Services team based at our office in Sherburn in Elmet.
Our products are exported across the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa and day to day, you will liaise with our customers to ensure we deliver on time, what we have promised.
You will act as a key point of contact for all customers, processing new orders, resolving queries and keeping them updated through to delivery, acting at all times in line with our Company values, to ensure we maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for coordinating with Operations, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure we meet customer requirements and delivery schedules and you will be responsible for supporting weekly sales reporting, transport planning and operational KPI’s. As required, you will act with professional at all times to resolve delivery or order issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and corrective actions.
In addition to this, you will support another colleague with the export and import process, including documentation for customs requirements, to ensure the smooth transition of all export orders through border control to the point of delivery, liaising with customers, agents and relevant authorities as required. You will maintain accurate records and systems, including on SAP Business One and TRACES.
Having already achieved strong customer service and methodically organised administrative skills in previous roles, you will have an unwavering ability to multi-task competing priorities, have first class communication skills (verbal & written) as well as have the confidence and a natural talent for learning and using our ERP system, in addition to standard Microsoft Office systems.
Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work as a self-starter is essential. Being driven and highly customer focused, you will ensure we deliver a high standard of customer service, at all times.
This is a busy and challenging administrative role. However, it is a great opportunity to develop a successful career in a small team environment. SAP Business One experience (our ERP system) would be desirable, but training will be provided.

Working Hours - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
