Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent

Our friendly, close-knit dental practice in Ringwood is actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team.

Whether you are experienced and looking for a supportive environment to thrive in, or you have no prior experience but possess a fantastic attitude and want to start a rewarding career, we want to hear from you! We provide full in-house training and excellent career progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside Support: Provide high-quality clinical support to our dentists, hygienists, and therapists during patient treatments.
Surgery Preparation: Set up and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary materials and instruments are ready and in good working order.
Infection Control: Maintain, decontaminate, and sterilise equipment, and safely segregate/dispose of clinical waste according to practice policy.
Patient Care: Warmly escort patients from the waiting room to the surgery, confirm medical histories are up to date, and ensure they feel comfortable.
Admin & Lab Work: Assist with accurate patient record-keeping, check that required laboratory work is returned before sessions, and liaise with reception regarding appointments.
Stock Control: Monitor surgery stock levels, communicate shortages, and assist with ordering.
