Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday to Friday, 23:48 - 07:30.
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Poole, Unit 1-3 The Alpha Centre, Poole, BH17 7AG
Why this role pays off:
- Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
- Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
- Paid weekday and weekend overtime
- Additional Allowances:-
o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What you’ll be doing
- Unloading / Loading parcels
- Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
- Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
What we’re looking for
- Someone with good attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
