About the Role:
At Reliant Trading and Technology Services Ltd, we support business operations through reliable software systems, trading platforms, data tools, and digital workflow solutions. We believe strong technology should make business processes faster, clearer, and easier to manage.
We are looking for a Software Development Manager who can take ownership of software delivery, technical team leadership, system improvement, and development standards. This is a senior role for someone who understands how to manage developers, guide technical decisions, and deliver practical software solutions that support business growth.
You will work closely with senior management, developers, product stakeholders, data teams, and external partners to make sure software projects are delivered on time, built to a strong standard, and aligned with business needs. You will be expected to lead development planning, review technical progress, improve delivery processes, and support a reliable engineering culture.

Identify opportunities to improve existing platforms, internal systems, integrations, databases, workflows, and user experience.
Quality and Delivery Standards:
Support code reviews, testing processes, documentation, release planning, and development standards to ensure reliable software delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate clearly with senior management, business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders about progress, risks, and priorities.
Process Improvement:
Improve development workflows, sprint planning, issue tracking, technical documentation, and delivery processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
