Full job description

We are currently looking to recruit a fully qualified and experienced Butcher, with at least 2–3 years’ butchery experience, to join our friendly and hardworking butchery team. We are a small, family-run business based in Ford, near Arundel, specialising in the food trade and delivering our products to local pubs and restaurants.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly, hardworking team with a great atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent knife skills and be competent in all aspects of the butchery trade, including portion control.
To be well organised, accurate and able to work on your own initiative.
To be happy working as part of a team.
At least 2–3 years’ relevant butchery experience.
Your own transport to and from work, due to our rural location in Ford, West Sussex, near Arundel.
A reliable and hardworking attitude.
