- Supporting import and export customs processes.
- Checking that shipment information is accurate and complete.
- Updating our ERP system.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments and transport activities.
- Checking freight invoices and identifying any discrepancies.
- Working closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and other departments to coordinate deliveries.
- Following company procedures and helping to ensure logistics activities remain compliant with relevant requirements.

We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of their work.
- Is naturally organised and enjoys keeping things on track.
- Notices when something doesn't look right and takes action.
- Can confidently pick up the phone and speak to suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Doesn't panic when a shipment is delayed or a problem occurs!
- Is comfortable working to deadlines.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Works well as part of a team but can also manage their own workload.
- Wants to develop their knowledge and build a career within logistics.
