We are a well-established and reputable joinery manufacturer based in Faversham, Kent, and we are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join our skilled production team.

The Role:
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery - preferably 5 Axis
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Producing bespoke joinery components to a high standard
- Ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout production
- Maintaining machinery and ensuring safe working practices
- Working closely with the workshop and design teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator within a joinery or woodworking environment
- Experience with a 3 or 5 axis CNC
- Experience with CAD using Autodesk software
- Experience with CAM software (e.g. Alphacam, Fusion or similar)
- Strong understanding of woodworking machinery and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Adaptable to new technologies & methodologies
- Must be adaptive, forward thinking & progressive in self developing
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
