Full job description

We're looking for an Administrator – Project to join our NRNN - Nuclear team based in Ipswich.

Location: Ipswich
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our team as an Administrator – Project where you'll play a vital role in keeping our nuclear projects running smoothly. You'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating administration services and managing the day-to-day running of project offices and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator – Project, you'll be working within the Office Services team, supporting them in delivering efficient administration and office management services. Your day to day will include:

Managing and maintaining project site offices, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
Coordinating project security, vetting applications, and visitor clearance procedures
Establishing and maintaining document control systems and administrative procedures
Supporting all project areas with administrative tasks and managing office consumables
Managing the project time and attendance system, plant register, and site asset register

This role of Administrator – Project is great for you if:

You're computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
You have experience with systems such as Causeway, ECM, and Kier Direct
You're organised and enjoy coordinating multiple tasks efficiently
