About us

We are a well-established, high-end showroom specialising in bespoke kitchens.

We work with private clients to design and deliver premium kitchen projects from initial consultation through to installation.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team.

This is a client-facing, sales-led role where you will manage projects from initial consultation and design through to closing the sale and overseeing delivery.

You will be working on high-value, bespoke kitchen projects within a premium showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct showroom consultations with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements, budgets and project scope
Design bespoke kitchens tailored to client needs
Present and sell high-value kitchen solutions
Prepare quotations and negotiate sales
Manage projects from concept through to installation
Liaise with suppliers, fitters and internal teams

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in kitchen design / kitchen showroom sales
Strong sales ability and track record of achieving targets
Confident in a client-facing environment
Good technical design knowledge (CAD experience preferred)
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach

Package

Basic salary - (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission (OTE £65-70k+)
Pension (5% matched)
5 weeks holiday
Every other Saturday off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
