Savings Administrator – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

At Castle Trust Bank, we know that great customer experiences are built on efficient processes, attention to detail and exceptional service. Our Savings Operations team plays a vital role in supporting our customers throughout their savings journey, ensuring every account is managed accurately, compliantly and with care.

This role is based in Basingstoke working 5 days a week in the office.

The role and what you’ll lead and deliver:

We're looking for a Savings Administrator to join our growing Operations team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, working with accuracy and making a real difference behind the scenes.

As a key member of our Savings Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting our savings customers through a wide range of administration activities, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing savings administration tasks including account opening, customer onboarding, ISA processing, maturity and end-of-term activities, estate management and customer queries.
Managing ISA transfers and liaising with ISA plan managers to ensure transfers are completed within regulatory timeframes.
Handling customer enquiries through written correspondence and telephone contact where required.
Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for the Castle Trust Bank brand.
Supporting process control reporting and operational oversight activities.
Reviewing and updating operational procedures to ensure they remain accurate and effective.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including BCOBS, GDPR, DISP and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

What you’ll bring:

Essential

Significant experience working within an administration environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A proactive approach to completing tasks and solving problems.
The ability to adapt positively to change and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable

Proven experience working within Financial Services.
