We are seeking a skilled Farm Shop Butcher to join our team at Fernygrove Farm, based in a beautiful rural spot between Bracknell and Maidenhead.

This role is vital in delivering high-quality meat products to our customers and supporting our farm-to-table mission.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cut meat products according to customers requirements
Ensure all butchery activities comply with food safety regulations
Assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area
Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and recommendations
Uphold the farm’s commitment to sustainability and quality

Fernygrove Farm is a farm shop and coffee shop dedicated to providing fresh, locally-sourced food and a warm community atmosphere.

Salary will be based on experience.
