Job Posting: Flexible Donut & Ice Cream Kiosk Assistant Location: [ROSSAS LEICESTER] Rate of Pay: TBD Contract Type: Zero-Hour / On-Call The Role We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual to join our team on a strictly flexible, on-call basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors and doesn't want a rigid 9-to-5 schedule. Our business is highly weather-dependent. As an On-Call Kiosk Assistant, you will be our "go-to" person when the sun comes out and the crowds arrive. You will be responsible for serving customers, operating the ice cream machines, preparing fresh donuts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming kiosk. What We Need From You • Weather-Responsive Availability: You must be reachable and able to commit to shifts on short notice when the weather turns sunny or during peak busy periods. • Exceptional Customer Service: A friendly, upbeat attitude is a must, even when the queue is long. • Reliability: When you agree to a shift, you show up on time and ready to work. • Flexibility: You understand that this is a seasonal, weather-dependent role. Some weeks may be busy with plenty of hours, while others may have no shifts at all based on the forecast. Why This Job Might Be For You • Flexibility: This is not a standard contract.
