Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit
Manage reception duties including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to coordinate appointments and treatments
Support infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments, managing clinical waste, and maintaining a clean clinical environment
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth clinic operations
Organize daily schedules efficiently to maximize appointment availability and minimize patient wait times

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to all individuals
Excellent command of English for effective communication with patients and team members
Nursing experience within dental or healthcare settings is highly desirable
Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks
Outstanding communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with patients
