Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time dental receptionist to join our family friendly, long-established busy practice. You will be supporting and joining a team who have vast knowledge and levels of dentistry including a Foundation Dentist and Practice Manager.

We are a practice which provides a high quality and standard of NHS dental care to a wide range of patients also offering a wide variety of private treatments such as Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Composite Bonding, Botox, Airflow & Buccal Massage Therapy.

The practice has 6 modern surgeries, a dedicated decontamination room, digital scanner, digital x-rays, Carestream Sensei Cloud computer system (training will be provided)

Your role would include managing the front desk alongside part-time team members, greeting patients on arrival, checking patients out as they leave, patient bookings, appointment scheduling, dealing with patient payments, recalls, enquiries, liaising with dental laboratories and other administrative tasks/duties

Dental knowledge and experience is preferred but not essential

Hours: Monday - Friday

Rate of Pay: to be negotiated depending on knowledge experience
