Fordingbridge (Full / Part Time, Permanent)
£ 13.00 / Hour Staring salary

Admin Asistant Role – Fordingbridge Hampshire

ESG are a rapidly expanding SME that manufacture precision components for a huge variety of sectors, we are currently looking for a new member of the team whose primary role will be as an administration assistant.

The role will may include other duties such as measuring components produced to ensure they are to the highest standards, both in tolerance and quality and liaising with the production team to help them schedule and plan jobs.

The role will require an organised person with good IT skills and a keen eye for detail, the role will also include speaking to customers on the phone and via email and handling enquiries.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

A very keen eye for detail
The ability to learn and retain information
Highly motivated and be able to problem solve.
Be able to carry out a very hands-on role and work closely with other members of the team.
Be able to speak to customers in a polite and professional manner on the telephone and via email, whilst being able to help resolve their enquiries.
Have a good level of IT ability.

· Be able to plan and schedule jobs for the production team taking into account customer lead times and due dates.

You will ideally have experience in an administration role, however full training will be given, we are very happy to consider people with no experience but the right characteristics for the role.

The role is very dynamic and no two days are the same, we are a close knit team who take pride in our work and operate in a friendly and safe environment.

Applicants must be able to get to work in Fordingbridge and ideally live within a reasonable radius to ensure a good attendance record.

This is a Full / Part time role offering an immediate start on a permanent basis.

Parking is available on site

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
