The Opportunity - Level 3 Resourcing Apprenticeship

Starting Salary - Circa £16,000

Minimum Entry Criteria - You’ll need at least four GCSEs including Maths and English at C/4 or above.

What does a Resourcing Apprenticeship Scheme involve day to day?

Be part of a Resourcing Team with global reach where your coordination, curiosity, and drive for improvement help shape how we hire. As a dedicated member of the internal JCB Resourcing Team, you’ll spend your time learning on the job while studying towards a recognised qualification. You’ll be both internally and externally facing, working closely with hiring managers across JCB to understand what they need, while also engaging with candidates and giving them a great experience from start to finish. You’ll help bring the JCB brand to life, build strong relationships, and play a key part in making the hiring process smooth, efficient and people focused.

What could I be doing?

Posting our vacancies across different platforms and making sure they really stand out.

Reviewing applications and helping us spot the people who are a great match.

You’ll be a key coordinator for all things interviews and Assessment Centres across Apprentice, Graduate and experienced hire recruitment.

Keeping candidates updated and making sure they have a genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date with accurate data.

Preparing interview packs, briefs and documents for hiring managers.

Helping coordinate and attend career fairs and recruitment events.

Working closely with hiring teams and candidates across the business.

Looking for smarter, faster, more efficient ways to improve how we work.
