Full time, Part time or Job Share

Permanent Contract - 36.75 Hours per week

Up to £32,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

B&Q Designate Trading Team Manager based at Larkfield store with travel to other stores in the area

Join us as a Trading Team Manager and you will be pivotal in driving commercial delivery of the sales floor and coaching colleagues to fulfil B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count.

As a B&Q designate manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about us and our business, typically spending 3-6 months working across a cluster of stores (in the Larkfield area). You’ll experience management training in various store formats before being placed into your own department or store.

Due to the nature of this role, there’ll be some flexibility and travel required during your time as a designate, before being placed within a store that matches your experience within 50 miles of where you live.

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:

Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
