About the role
We are looking for new team member for this role right at the heart of our business. It is an exciting opportunity to work in our growing, ambitious company. As part of this role, you will be assisting in a range of tasks including taking inbound calls and emails from customers, creating invoices, ordering stock as well as booking in orders and shipping labels.

Responsibilities

Taking enquiries via phone, email and live chat in a fun, friendly and confident manner
Helping to book in orders and update our CRM system
Creating invoices and taking payments
Printing shipping labels, notes and packing slips
Working with the bakery to ensure orders are dispatched on time to the correct specification
Ordering stock

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. It is of great importance you provide amazing customer service in a friendly and helpful manner!
Great attention to detail with the ability to listen carefully and communicate effectively with customers & colleagues.
A positive attitude with high levels of energy, enthusiasm and the flexibility to react effectively to changing priorities.
Excellent planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines
Must be a team player, with a fun and friendly personality.
Good time management and prioritisation skills.
Good computer skills including word and excel with the confidence to use new systems and software programmes.
Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
