This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night while maintaining excellent service standards.
We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Night Auditor to join our team. Our Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the success Night operations at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel revenue and financial transactions.
- Reconcile daily income, prepare end-of-day financial reports, and correct discrepancies.
- Check guests in and out during the night shift, ensuring all guest services are delivered to a high standard.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the property overnight.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues that arise during the night.
- Communicate effectively with day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and financial transactions.
- Prepare for the upcoming day’s arrivals and special requests.
- Previous experience in a front desk or auditing role in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
