Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Print Finisher/Operator to join our dynamic production team. This role involves the precise finishing and assembly of printed materials, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating printing equipment and performing finishing tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for manufacturing and craftsmanship. The role requires some physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

Operate digital printing machinery with attention to detail and safety protocols.
Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, binding, and lamination of printed materials.
Conduct quality checks on printed products to ensure colour accuracy, alignment, and overall finish quality.
Assist with material handling, including lifting of print media and finished products within the warehouse or production area.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Experience

Previous experience in print finishing or manufacturing environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided..
Warehouse experience or working in a physically demanding environment is beneficial.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shifts.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
