Full job description

Lake District Farmers Ltd supply some of the best chefs and restaurants in the country. We do this by employing, training and developing some of the best butchers in the country. If you are a seasoned pro we are ready for you to join our team. Due to our ongoing success we are looking for another butcher to join our strong, friendly team. We will value you and your skills, offer a sector leading package including above average rates of pay, a generous bonus scheme, continued training and career development and no weekend work we would love to hear from you.

To excel in this role, you will need to:

Have experience cutting steaks to weight
Be able to cut primal cuts into steaks.
Be able to work as part of a friendly, skilled team and listen to instruction.

This is a 40 hour per week contract Monday – Thursday. Our purpose built state of the art building is based in Ulverston, Cumbria. If you are not local we offer a generous and comprehensive relocation package. Interested? – give us a ring or send a text and we'll call you.
