Salary: £16,000–£17,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Administrator & Customer Experience Executives to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional administration role. While organisation and attention to detail are essential, this position plays an important part in the customer journey and overall business performance.
You will be responsible for supporting customers through their journey via telephone and email, assisting with bookings, answering queries, managing administrative tasks and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.
The role requires someone who enjoys speaking with people, remains calm under pressure and takes ownership of solving customer problems rather than simply responding to them.
You will work as part of a team supporting customers from initial enquiry through to booking and beyond, helping ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email professionally and efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
- Assist customers with booking enquiries, amendments and general questions
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues effectively
- Respond to customer queries within agreed service levels
- Support customers throughout their journey from enquiry through to completion
Sales Administration
- Process customer bookings and maintain accurate records within company systems
- Update CRM and internal systems with customer information and activity
- Ensure customer records and booking information remain accurate and up to date
- Process payments and associated administration where required
- Support the wider sales function with customer follow up activity
Customer Relationship Management
- Take ownership of customer cases and see issues through to resolution
- Proactively communicate with customers where necessary
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency
- Escalate customer issues appropriately where required
Team & Performance Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales, marketing and operations teams
- Contribute positively to team objectives and service standards
- Maintain agreed customer service and productivity targets
- Assist with process improvements and customer journey enhancements
- Support operational requirements and shift flexibility where required
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
- Previous experience within a retail, customer service, sales administration or customer support environment is preffered
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Positive and professional attitude
Desirable
- Experience within leisure, travel, hospitality, events or customer booking environments
- Experience handling customer complaints and issue resolution
- Previous experience using CRM or booking systems
- Understanding of customer journey management
