Hours of work: Perrys are committed to working with our employees for a focus on a good work life balance. Part -Time Monday - Friday 09:30 - 14:30. Weekly 25 hours.
Joining us as a Administrator within our SMART Repair Department, it is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values through regular communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring the customer’s experience at Perrys is as smooth as possible.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who can provide administration support to our SMART Repair team. Experience in the motor industry is not necessary. Full training and development support will be provided to ensure that you will gain the skills necessary to be successful.
As a Perrys SMART Repair Administrator, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from managing incoming enquiries and quotes for SMART Repair. Managing the booking & diary system for all internal and external bookings. The daily invoicing and liaising with the SMART Repair Technician with internal and external repairs. Working with the service departments for retail repair booking requests.
About you:
- You will have an eye for detail, can work to tight deadlines and have an organised, thorough and methodical approach to paperwork and able to prioritise workload.
- Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
