Full job description

Response Officer – SIA Licence is essential to be considered for the role

Polsec Group provides integrated security solutions through the provision of technology products and manned guarding resources. This role will endeavour to support our clients to deliver industry leading services. As the forefront of the business, it will be expected that you will provide exceptional security standards and customer services to our clients and their assets.

Location - Bathgate

Hourly rate -£13 to £14

Shifts: Rotational Rota - 4 on 4 off

Hours:42 Per week

Essential: Full UK Manual driving license is required to be considered for the position, Vehicle provided which will be based at a specific site, Phone & Tablet are also supplied with the role.

Start Date: ASAP

Main Responsibilities:

Flexibility of working location to work in line of a resource to risk within reasonable distance/cluster of locations using company vehicle.
Patrolling an assigned amount of clients properties.
Providing high visibility, reassuring presence in and around our client’s premises, interacting with clients, members of the public etc.
Liaising with management, local authorities and Police when applicable.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and their customers.
Completing security checks on areas of our client’s premises.
Comfortable to be able to digitally report incidents, gather intelligence and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning.
Incident reporting and writing
Operate Body Worn Cameras and be able to activate them in line with company/safety policy.

Person requirements

Desirable:

First Aid Certificate
SIA accreditations

Previous work experience required:

Essential:

A role within the security industry, specifically in mobile services.
Full UK Manual driving license is required to be considered for the position,
Valid SIA licence
Strong communication skills
Smart appearance

Knowledge and experience:

1 year security

Personal skills/behaviours/qualities:

Essential:

Great communicator
Drives positive business ethic.
Have good IT knowledge
Confident in high pressure situations
