Full job description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse and Stores Coordinator to join our team in Forfar. To facilitate the efficient running of the Stores, Warehouse and Yard areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To supervise the Yard / Warehouse team in their duties to ensure efficient running of all areas.
Managing the Stores area, ensuring sufficient quantities of stock are held and controlled.
Goods receipt all parts into stores, ensuring correct parts received and match PO.
Issue parts to staff and ensure this is recorded and NAV updated correctly.
Work closely with the Purchasing Team to ensure stock parts are ordered and received on time.
Ensure full traceability of stock parts.
Implement Min/Max levels on all stock parts.
Carry out stock takes as per Centurion procedure.
Assist Finance team in carrying out annual stock audit.
Ensure Warehouse and Yard areas are kept organised and tidy, with set down areas utilised for unloading and booking in equipment.
Ensure all equipment is stored correctly in warehouse and NAV locations are kept current.
Ensure correct processes are followed for booking in equipment in a timely and efficient manner, with all paperwork held.
Observe the company policies and procedures relating to work, administration, Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
Act as an ambassador for safety demonstrating safe behaviours.
Live our Centurion values and apply them in day-to-day activities.
The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements.
Contribute to maintaining a positive QHSE culture by taking reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others at all times. Be prepared to challenge unsafe acts and behaviour and report these using the correct reporting procedures.
Be disciplined in completing mandatory training assigned relevant to the role designed to help protect the safety and security of the organisation and its employees.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Knowledge:

Understanding of how to run Stores
Understanding of Goods In / Goods Out processes

Skills & Competencies:

Basic keyboard skills but full training on Centurion Pressure Control computer software will be provided.
Previous experience in a Stores or Warehouse position.

Qualifications and certification:

Full UK Driving Licence
National 5 Pass in English & Maths (or equivalent).

Personal Qualities:

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
Logical mindset.
