Full job description

Auto4 is a market leader in supplying consumables, tooling, and equipment to the automotive sector. With a reputation for quality and reliability, we support garages, dealerships, and service centres across the UK. Our commitment to innovation and customer service has made us a trusted name in the industry.

Operating out of our office in Kirkby in Ashfield, we are looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help us re-engage past accounts.

Reporting directly to our Key Account Director, you will take ownership of a pre-qualified database of 1,000 lapsed B2B customer accounts, representing over £1 million in pipeline potential. This is a fully office-based outbound sales role focused on reactivation rather than cold calling blind data. You will reconnect with past trade clients, introduce our extensive product range, and route qualified opportunities directly to our Field Sales or Telesales teams to secure the business.

Key Responsibilities

Database Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to systematically work through our portfolio of 1,000 lapsed accounts.
Lead Qualification: Speak with garage owners and purchasing managers to identify current equipment requirements or rolling consumable supply needs.
Strategic Lead Routing: Assess the client's needs and pass qualified opportunities to either the Field Sales or Telesales team as appropriate.
Appointment Booking: Successfully book qualified consultation meetings and equipment demonstrations for the sales management team as appropriate.
Relationship Building: Act as the professional first point of contact for returning accounts, rebuilding trust and understanding why they stopped buying.
CRM Management: Maintain clear records of all communications, updating contact details and account statuses within our database.

What We Are Looking For

Sales Drive & Resilience: A confident individual who enjoys picking up the phone and hitting outbound call targets.
Clear Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, persuasive telephone manner.
Commercial Awareness: The ability to listen closely to past clients, ask the right questions, and spot business opportunities.
Organization Skills: A methodical approach to managing and prioritizing a large pipeline of 1,000 accounts.
Office-Based Commitment: Ability to work full-time on-site at our Kirkby in Ashfield facility.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, customer care, or recruitment sourcing is a plus, but a great attitude is essential.

The role is site based, working Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week from our Nottingham office.
