The Aroma Vault is a growing UK fragrance brand based in Accrington. We are looking for a confident, creative and outgoing Brand Ambassador & Content Creator to join our team and help bring our fragrances to life through TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media content.
The main focus of the role will be appearing in videos, presenting our products, creating engaging daily content and helping build a strong connection between our brand and customers. As the role develops, there may also be opportunities to host TikTok Live sessions and support live selling.
This is an on-site role and may occasionally include helping with light tasks such as product labelling, organising stock and preparing products for content.
Responsibilities
Appear confidently in TikTok, Instagram and other short-form videos.
Create engaging content featuring our perfumes, offers, bundles and behind-the-scenes activities.
Talk naturally about fragrance notes, product benefits and recommendations.
Film product demonstrations, fragrance comparisons, unboxings and customer-focused videos.
Follow social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
Help plan and maintain a regular content schedule.
Engage professionally with comments and customer questions.
Learn the Aroma Vault product range and represent the brand positively.
Work towards hosting TikTok Live selling sessions after training.
Occasionally assist with labelling, stock organisation and other light operational duties.
About You
Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking on camera.
Creative, energetic and full of content ideas.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends.
Interested in perfume, beauty, fashion or lifestyle content.
Reliable, organised and able to work consistently.
Comfortable learning how to recommend and sell products.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva or video-editing tools is helpful but not essential.
Previous content-creation experience is desirable, but personality, confidence and potential are more important.
