What you’ll be doing

Key responsibilities
- Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
- Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
- Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
- Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
- Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
- Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
- Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in enhanced services
- A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Need To Know
We are currently recruiting for a Pharmacist to join our team in Eastleigh, SO50 5SG.
You will be joining a pharmacy team that is crucial to the local community and plays an integral part of their patients lives.
The store is one of our Health and Beauty stores located in a small retail shopping center. They currently do approx. 3,000 items per week, and provide all core NHS services. You will be supported by a pharmacy technician with checking capabilities and another pharmacy technician who is in the process of completing their checking qualification.
The location is ideal for someone who is either relocating or local as the location provides easy access by train, a nearby airport and it is located not far from the motorway.
