Right at Home Loughborough provides high-quality care and support to adults in the comfort of their own homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Right at Home Loughborough is based in the centre of Loughborough and we cover the local area including Charnwood and some villages on the outskirts. You should be based close to, or within these locations, as travel within these areas is required.

What we offer our Care Assistants:

Working hours 7am - 9.30pm. Flexible weekly hours between 20-35 hours per week with the option of overtime.

· Once training is complete: Mon-Fri : £14.30 per hour. Weekend rate is £15.75 per hour. Bank Holiday £21.45 per hour. Christmas Day/New Years Day- from £28.60 per hour. Fuel is reimbursed at 35 pence per mile.

· All induction training is local and paid.

Access to high-quality training and ongoing support to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your role. We really listen, value our Carers and appreciate everything you do.

Duties will include:

· Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day, encouraging independence

· Personal care

· Administering medication

· Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

· Shopping

· Housekeeping

· Meal preparation

· Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to your own car

· Have a genuine passion to want to help others

· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
