Overview

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Graphic Designer to support the development of visually compelling materials that enhance brand awareness and marketing effectiveness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer seeking professional growth within a collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for digital marketing, social media activity, corporate websites, and print communications.
Interpret project briefs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective visual solutions.
Prepare and modify graphic elements, artwork, and branded templates for use across multiple channels.
Participate in creative planning sessions and contribute innovative recommendations for visual campaigns.
Ensure all materials comply with company branding policies and visual identity standards.
Coordinate work effectively to manage concurrent projects and deliver outputs on schedule.

Requirements

Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including composition, typography, and color balance.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage changing priorities.
Experience in a graphic design position within an agency or corporate setting.
Relevant academic qualifications are preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Pay: £35,500.00-£39,500.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leicester LE1 7EA
