Full job description

Chloé Gourmet specialises in premium French pâtisserie, supplying our café and dozens of businesses across the UK. Our range includes trompe-l’œil, entremets, tartes, choux and éclairs, all produced to a consistently high standard.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to work alongside our Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day running of our production unit.

This is a hands-on role involving:

- Producing and finishing high-quality French pâtisserie

- Helping to organise and oversee daily production

- Supporting and supervising the production team

- Ensuring consistent quality across all products

- Developing new products and recipes regularly

- Maintaining accurate production and food-safety records

- Ensuring the unit operates smoothly and meets high hygiene standards

Applicants must have strong professional experience in high-quality French pâtisserie. Formal French pâtisserie training is essential, with training or professional experience in France considered highly desirable. The ideal candidate will combine excellent technical skills with leadership, organisation and creativity. This role also includes company performance-related bonuses.

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,400.00 per year
