As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our founding team across a range of full-time and part-time positions. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a brand-new business and play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience from day one.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for people who genuinely enjoy looking after others and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
Whether you're crafting the perfect espresso, preparing fresh food, helping a customer discover a new lifestyle brand, or sharing the story behind one of our incredible classic cars, you'll understand that every interaction matters.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Are warm, confident, and naturally welcoming.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, premium environment.
- Take pride in maintaining high standards.
- Work well as part of a close-knit team.
- Have a passion for coffee, food, cars, design, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands (desirable, but not essential).
Your Role
As part of the 45 Fuel team, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience by:
- Preparing high-quality specialty coffee and handcrafted beverages.
- Preparing and serving fresh food in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handling food safely and maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the guest journey.
- Supporting our café, lifestyle retail space, and automotive museum.
- Assisting customers with retail purchases and product recommendations.
- Sharing knowledge about our coffee, products, and vehicle collection.
- Maintaining an immaculate, welcoming environment throughout the venue.
- Working collaboratively with a team that shares a passion for excellence.
