Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Mixo / Bar person to join our team at the Watch House West Bay on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity working at the Beach!

The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast-paced setting, provide quality service, barista and mixology knowledge and skills – as these are areas in which we are particularly busy.

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are important, as is the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Candidates must be hardworking, outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated.

You will be working with great people: supportive managers and friendly team members throughout the company.
