Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, and document preparation.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and company records.
Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries professionally.
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Liaise with external service providers, including cleaners and maintenance contractors.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Support basic social media and marketing activities, including preparing and posting content when required.
Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems.
Carry out other administrative and office support tasks as requested by management.

Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience using Microsoft Office in a business environment.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
